The Effectiveness of Performance Pathways for Nurturing Young Talent

In this session, brought to you by our Leaders Performance Institute partners, Keiser, we explore what world-class and effective talent pathways look like both inside and outside of sport.

Are you effectively nurturing and developing high potential?

The current situation has accelerated change across high performance environments, with organisations taking a closer look at the needs of their athletes and coaches, as well as examining the efficiency of their performance pathways.

In this webinar, brought to you in partnership with Keiser, our speakers Dr John Alder, Head of Performance Pathways at UK Sport / English Institute of Sport and Lucy Skilbeck, Director of Actor Training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art will share their knowledge and expertise on what world class and effective talent pathways look like both inside and outside of sport. Simon Jones, who himself is a coaching expert and advisor currently working with the Premier League and Chelsea FC, will be leading the conversation.

The discussion will explore stories of success but also critique where improvements can be made across both industries when it comes to nurturing and development high potential talent.

  • Ensuring there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to a coaching support system.
