The Leaders Meet: Diversity Series community is a platform for executives from underrepresented groups in the sports industry and, equally importantly, allies of those executives, to connect and share best practice with the shared objective of creating a more diverse and inclusive sports industry.
The community is open to executives of all levels working within sport and will meet virtually on a bi-monthly basis through a series of facilitated calls featuring a mix of speaker insight and breakout discussions.

For the second call of our Leaders diversity and inclusion allies community, we’ll be looking to explore and discuss how mentorship & allyship are critical considerations for any business aiming to be viewed as inclusive. In this community call, we bring together the Women in Sport and Black Excellence Communities alongside a broad representation of allies from across the professional sports industry.
A commitment to mentoring and allyship is the use of your voice to create greater equity in the workplace, and in doing so, taking the steps to eliminate individual and systemic barriers that underrepresented groups face in the workplace.
