The Leaders Meet: Diversity Series Communities

Community has been engrained within the Leaders Meet: Diversity Series since its inception in 2018; it’s about bringing together an ever-growing group of individuals who are passionately committed to making the sports industry more diverse and more inclusive. 

By joining one of the communities below and in doing so, having access to join facilitated group calls, workshops and private networking forums, you're proactively making a commitment to help accelerate the pace of change in the industry and make sports a better, more inclusive environment for individuals to be immersed in.

Allyship Community

The Allyship community is open to all executives in the sports industry (at any seniority) who’re committed to driving towards a more diverse and inclusive professional sports industry.

The community is structured to allow industry executives from all backgrounds to self-reflect, and take action on, their personal contribution to a more diverse and inclusive sports industry. 


Black Excellence Community

The Black Excellence community provides ​​and assists black and ethnically diverse professionals with access points and opportunities to curated programmes centred on expanding their network, professional development and potential.

The community is open to aspiring and established black executives working within professional sport globally, on and off the field.


Women in Sport Community

This community is open to aspiring and established women working within professional sport globally, on and off the field. 

T​​he community aims to provide a supportive and business focused environment for women in the workplace by providing networking and personal development opportunities for career progression.
