The Leaders Meet: Diversity Series Allyship Community is a platform for executives from underrepresented groups in the sports industry and, equally importantly, allies of those executives, to connect and share best practice with the shared objective of creating a more diverse and inclusive sports industry.
The community is open to executives of all levels working within sport and will meet virtually through a series of facilitated calls.

For this call, we’ll be looking to understand how and when we can use our voice to aid and remove barriers for colleagues, and to help create a culture which is open to being challenged.
We’re experiencing a new online work reality, where most of us are working from home without the usual contact with our colleagues, which makes it even more imperative that we’re identifying the signs of when to step in, and prepared to speak up. For this call we will explore how people who feel they can speak up at work are more committed and engaged, which results in teams making better decisions because of the diversity of views that are explored.
